Naming and new brand identity

Another assignment where we started with a blanc canvas with nothing but a brief. Swedbank and Barclay’s Bank (UK) formed a joint venture in order to launch a new credit card to the Scandinavian and Baltic states market. We named it Re:member and gave the card a modern yet powerful design, looking like nothing else on the market. In our search for the Creative Vehicle we stumbled on the classic colon: it paved the way for changing the suffix while the prefix Re: remained a constant. On addition it opened for using words were the letters r and e appeare:d in this order to allowing the re:aders brain to play. That’s how simple, yet useful, the Cre:ative Vehicle may be. The advertising which launched the card pretty much wrote itself.
